Maximizing The Squat and Deadlift
A Deep dive into the mechanics of squatting and deadlifting, with an emphasis on bracing and stabilizing the spine to handle the most amount of load. This clinic breaks down skills used by the best strength athletes in the world to move and support heavy loads as they train to become the strongest versions of themselves. In this two hour, hands on clinic you'll level up your personal skill set in moving heavy weight!
Weightlifting Crash Course
In this three hour clinic, you'll be coached through the fundamentals of the Olympic Weightlifting movements of the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk! Learn weightlifting from a weightlifting Coach and athlete. This clinic is phenomenal for beginners, and for coaches needing a refresher on how to teach the weightlifting movements!
Beyond Barbells: Conditioning Basics
Want to understand more about how your body functions and performs? Want to take ownership of your training, recovery, and increase training outcomes? This clinic is designed to be a hands on practical learning experience of how to plan and apply training means to best meet training outcomes and goals for health and fitness, or sport performance.
Beyond Basics: Advanced Weightlifting
Have some experience with the Olympic Lifts? Are you struggling to break plateaus? This clinic is for you! In this three hour deep dive, we'll discuss principles of the Olympic Weightlifting movements to help you break plateaus, address weaknesses, and improve the quality of your training sessions in order to set new records in the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk!
