Education and Learning Opportunities
A key to the development of a stronger future is the training of the mind. The aim of all the educational opportunities we provide seeks to teach foundational skills for coaches who work with individuals in a strength training setting, and provide instructional opportunities on specific training topics for individuals desiring to better their own knowledge of health and human performance. In seeking to educate individuals and organizations on building Stronger Futures, Littauer Strength Training provides in-person and virtual learning opportunities in the form of clinics, lectures, and asynchronous lectures on specific training topics!
