Personal training is for anyone! Whether you are new to the gym, and need guidance getting going, or if you want to take the stress of planning workouts out of your gym routine, personal training offers you accountability, consistency, and results. If you're looking for one-on-one guided attention, personal training is for you!

How It Works

Personal training sessions are subject to availability for time slots and days, but offer a flexibility of multiple locations. With late morning and early afternoon time slots offered in Brevard on Mondays, Wednesday's, and Friday's at King Street Gym, and mid-morning spots offered at NC Open Gym in Arden on Tuesdays, and Thursdays, you've got multiple access points for training throughout the week!

Plus, Littauer Strength Training is all about finding the right fit for you! With no long term commitments for training, you can try a few sessions out to make sure you want to commit to a long term training package!

How Is It Different From Other Programs?

Every personal trainer has their own unique training style and means of accomplishing goals. Littauer Strength Training's "Strong Future Model of Performance" applies a full body training structure which allows you to work towards goals, without feeling absolutely crushed at the end of every session. We believe training should support life goals and make you stronger tomorrow, so the aim is plan for the future while making sure we train appropriately for the present!
