This 8 week program is designed in a traditional full body split, with a heavy emphasis on Back Squatting and Front Squatting. This 8 week program is broken into two 4 week meso cycles, with 3-4 days/week of training.
Here's what you need:
-Back Squat and Front Squat 1RM
-Shoulder Press/Standing Press 1RM
-Push Press 1RM
-Bench Press 1RM
Everything else is easy to understand and will have you rocking and rolling in no time!
