Unilateral Everything is a program designed to improve single leg and single arm strength, while maintaining a skill level in the Olympic Lifts. This 10 week program starts with a Testing week to assess your current level in the Back Squat, Deadlift, Front Squat, and Shoulder Press.


On Sheet 2 of the Spreadsheet, enter in your Snatch and Clean and Jerk 1RM's/PR's, and it will autofill your weights on Sheet 1 for the Olympic Lifts! (can be done in KG or LBS).
