Super Strong is an online Super Total Training team designed to increase your total on the lifting platform, while making you a better athlete! This training program blends Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Athletic Performance into a unified approach to bring the strongest version of yourself possible!
How It Works
Super Strong delivers five workouts each week to your phone via TrainHeroic. Each workout is designed to develop specific adaptation in the Weightlifting movements or Powerlifting movements. Each session has with a mobility warmup, a potentiation block, a main strength block, and finishes with accessory work and a "mental training" question designed to develop specific mental skills. Once you're signed up, you'll get an invite to your training calendar and you'll be on your path to a Stronger Future!
How Is It Different?
Super Strong blends traditional Powerlifting training with traditional Weightlifting programming, while incorporating mobility and movement principles from the high-performance and athletic training disciplines. By incorporating a unique style of mobility work, plyometrics, structured strength work, and accessory movements, you'll build a functional strength and overall health beyond the normal program!
