Strong Future Performance combines high performance training principles with daily fitness goals to help you build a stronger and more resilient future. By utilizing a unique combination of Strength, Power, Speed, and Cardiovascular conditioning, you'll have access to high level training easily accessible all through an app on your phone! If you're looking to build your physical and mental fitness, this is the program for you!
How It Works
Strong Future Performance delivers five workouts each week to your phone via TrainHeroic. Each workout is designed to develop a specific adaption such as building strength, power, or cardiovascular capacity. Each session has with a mobility warmup, a plyometric or skill focus, a main strength block, and finishes with some accessory work and a "mental training" question designed to develop specific mental skills. Once you're signed up, you'll get an invite to your training calendar and you'll be on your path to a Stronger Future!

Strong Future Performance is the culmination of over a decade of learned training practices and applications, and rigorous study of scientific methods for improving human performance and physical capacities.
