Who Is Training For?
Anyone and everyone. Regardless of goal or experience, training is for you! While 1-on-1 coaching and semi-private training may differ in the level of direct coaching, the principles remain the same: train for your goals and for the future version of yourself!
Training programs are tracked and delivered through TrainHeroic, with specific instructions included into each session. You'll be assessed on your current level of ability based on your goal outcomes, and then be placed on a coached program designed to help target the specific goals you have!

1-On-1 Coaching and Personal Training
If you're looking for guidance, regardless of goal or previous training experience, 1-on-1 training sessions are designed to give you the best results out of the training process. Through instant, rep-to-rep feedback, increased communication and detailed planning, you'll be on a fast track to achieving your goals!
Training sessions are 60 minute blocks dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Session rates are based on weekly training frequency and are billed monthly. See below for different session options!
Looking for some feedback on a specific lift, a movement concept, or to learn a specific movement? Single Sessions are a great way to make changes without a major commitment!
1X Week Sessions
Train 1-on-1 once per week, with your training program provided for the remainder of the week. This is a cost effective way to get the most out of training!
2X Week Sessions
Train 1-on-1 twice per week, with your training program provided for the remainder of the week. Get the most out of training with high quality feedback and interaction!
3X Week Sessions
Train 1-on-1 three times per week, with your training program provided for any needed outside sessions. A great option for those wanting intensive coaching or extra accountability!
